Attendees will stay in the San Francisco Bay Area throughout the 14-day program, that consists of tech company tours, workshops, lectures, and visiting famous landmarks and museums around the SF Bay Area.
Q2: What is the size of the group?
To maintain the quality of the program, we will have a minimum of 16 and a maximum of 28 attendees.
Q3: What were the nationalities of the attendees in past programs?
Over the past 10 years, the Silicon Valley Program has primarily welcomed students originally from Taiwan. While all participants speak Mandarin, they might be flying in from various countries around the world, including Europe and the U.S.
Q4: What language is used during the program?
We use both English and Mandarin Chinese. Some of our attendees are flying in from Taiwan, but they either come from international schools or have a certain level of English proficiency. However, we recommend having some understanding of Mandarin to better connect with other people in the group.

Attendees are required to stay with the group at all times once the program starts on the evening of July 14 until their departure on July 27. The program fee will cover all transportation, meals, accommodations, and tips during this time period. However, your flight ticket to the San Francisco Airport and personal expenses, such as personal care items and souvenirs, will not be included.

There will be 2 chaperones from Taiwan and 2 local chaperones from the World Journal. All chaperones will stay overnight with the group from beginning to end.
